The walkthrough software is particularly helpful when you’re looking to redevelop a section, as it allows you to understand how multiple homes on one section will relate to each other.

Adam Leonard is the Director of LC Designer Homes, and he’s a Certified Builder and Licensed Building Practitioner. Quality craftsmanship is in his blood: Adam is a third-generation carpenter who followed his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps in the building industry to continue the family tradition of being the best new home builders.
Adam is also responsible for site and project management across all builds.

We’ll take care of all the paperwork
As your one-stop design and build company, we’ll draw up all the paperwork needed for Building Consents, and also Resource Consents if they’re needed. We know what the Council’s looking for, and will help you navigate the paperwork maze to make the home design and build project as straightforward as possible for you.
