An old, cold conservatory wasn’t needed – but they did need an extra bedroom as the clients was expecting. The couple also wanted to future-proof their home by investing in an en-suite bathroom.
The clients’ 2-bedroom home needed remodelling to make better use of the space. To help the client visualise the changes, LC Designer Homes created 3D plans so they could virtually walk through the plan. The plans were then tweaked to further personalise the living space for the growing family.
