The small 3 bedroom home on a full site was tired and didn’t have the space that the owners wanted for entertaining and having family to stay.
Our clients always dreamed of an open plan kitchen and living space, and in 2019, they decided to get in touch to see how LC Designer Homes could make their dreams a reality.
We worked through a concept phase working through an extension to the home, to 3 areas, to the East adding a master bedroom with Ensuite and Walk in wardrobe, to the west creating a entry space, and to the north allowing enough room have circulation space.
The existing third bedroom was converted to be a multi-function space being able to be shut off with a large barn slider to provide privacy for visitors, or opened to provide a second living space.
